We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Primary to lead our brand-new school in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in primary education and the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of staff and students. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the primary school, ensuring high-quality education and a positive learning environment for students.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for the primary school, in line with the overall vision and goals of the school.
- Recruit, train, and support a team of qualified and dedicated teachers, ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and students, providing regular feedback and implementing necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with other school leaders to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to education across all grade levels.
- Build strong relationships with parents and the wider community, fostering a sense of partnership and involvement in the school.
- Manage the budget and resources of the primary school, ensuring efficient and effective use of funds.
- Stay up-to-date with current educational practises and research, implementing innovative strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in primary education, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful educational strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of British curriculum and international education standards.
- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a team of teachers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other school leaders and stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude towards change.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
