Job description: Xeluxe FZ LLC is urgently hiring Document Controller for their organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Familiarity with document control software and systems- ACONEX
Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction or contracting industry.
Proficient in document control software and systems- ACONEX
Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Receive, log, track, and distribute project documents, including drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure that all project documents are organized, filed, and labeled in a clear and accessible manner.
Collaborate with project teams, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to collect and distribute documents as per project requirements.
Monitor document submissions to verify completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.
Manage electronic document storage systems and maintain document databases.
Facilitate the retrieval of documents as required by project teams and external parties.
Maintain and update a master document register, tracking revisions, versions, and document status.
Assist in the preparation of transmittals, document transcriptions, and archiving of historical project data.
Ensure compliance with document control policies procedures, and relevant industry standards.
Prepare regular reports on document control activities, including document status, distribution, and document-related issues.
Provide support to project teams during audits, inspections, and document reviews.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Document Management, or a related field.
Job Duration: Full time
Salary: AED 5000-6000 per month
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience working with ACONEX platform
Driving License preferable
Relocate to Dubai if required
Expected salary: 5000 – 6000 per month
Location: Ajman
