What we are looking for:

As a casual team member at the Brolga Theatre, you’ll be responsible for delivering high quality service to patrons and users and maintaining our strong reputation. You’ll have fantastic customer service skills and experience working in a customer facing position. Working closely with our team of dedicated volunteers, your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success. You’ll liaise not only with the public but also promoters, contractors, caterers, and hirers. You’ll be comfortable working autonomously and will possess excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.

What you should have to apply:

  • Proven customer service skills
  • Confidence in your ability to make decisions in the moment
  • Awareness of Safety as it applies to all user groups
  • Be willing and able to follow instructions, including complying with written procedures
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Queensland Class C drivers’ licence
  • RSA

  • Experience working with volunteers
  • Experience working in a role that involved being on your feet for long periods of time
