Due to company growth we are seeking a Customer Service Representative.
In this dynamic customer service role, you will manage the accounts of VIP customers and be the first point of contact. Communicating with loyal guests over phone, email and live chat, you will thrive in building strong relationships with you customers and have the ability to resolve enquiries or concerns that arise day to day.
Your ultimate goal? Creating exceptional and unforgettable experiences for VIP customers. This involves not only resolving their concerns but also fostering light-hearted interactions, sharing jokes, and ensuring they remain entertained and supported at all times.
