Job description: Our client, an MNC company is looking to hire a Sales Representative for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the medical supply market in Dubai and UAE.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in surgery clinics, pharmacies, and medical facilities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs to tailor sales approaches accordingly.
- Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting the benefits and features of our medical supplies.
- Provide product awareness to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed to recommend our products.
- Develop and expand marketing plans to develop sales materials and promotional strategies.
- Exceed sales targets by managing leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback for reporting.
Education & other requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven track record in sales within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical supplies or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai healthcare market with established connections within beauty clinics, pharmacies, and medical facilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
Salary: Up to AED 15000
Working Hours/Days: 8:30am to 5:30pm / 5 days a week
Job Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Expected salary: 15000 per month
