Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Indiana Academy of Massage to align with industry standards and educations best practices.
- Lead the development of short and long-term goals to enhance the academy’s reputation and student success.
Academic Management
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of the curriculum, ensuring it meets State standards and reflects current industry trends.
- Implement and monitor assessment processes to measure student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accreditation and regulatory requirements.
Student Recruitment & Retention
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance student recruitment events outreach programs.
- Follow up on all prospective student leads.
Financial Management
- Manage the academy’s budget to ensure financial sustainabilititt.
- Identify opportunities to generate revenue.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Massage Therapy education and administration.
- Knowledge of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration.
- Must be a licensed Massage Therapist
Expected salary: $48000 – 52000 per year
