Job Description:
Assistant to the Director of LSUE Academy is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of LSUE Academy, which facilitates the enrollment and management of high school dual enrollment courses and students.
Job Responsibilities:

Responds to request for information from students, faculty and staff regarding campus policies and procedures in regards to dual enrollment.
Utilizes network systems, fax machines and office machines to prepare and store data for letters, memos, report drafts, mail outs, and other documents. Prepares correspondence for Director as needed.

Reviews student applications for eligibility in Dual Enrollment.
Set up, organize, and maintain all high school files; compiling data and maintaining confidential files.
Assist in submitting schedule changes for Dual Enrollment classes as needed.
Assist the Director in preparation for student and parent orientations, award banquet, and graduation.
Prepare invoices for billing to all districts for Dual Enrollment courses and/or course materials.
Prepares requisitions in Workday for the ordering of office supplies.

Practice outstanding customer service for students, parents, faculty/ staff, and any other campus constituents.
Be familiar with policies, procedures, and campus resources in order to answer questions and/ or refer inquiries to appropriate departments on campus.
Schedule/ manage meetings, manage calendars, process paperwork, maintain files, maintain data, and act as a direct point of contact for the department.

Minimum Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Related field from a regionally accredited institution.
Experience working with students, faculty and staff in addressing academic needs, processing information to ensure duties, responsibilities, and assigned projects are completed in a timely manner.
