Job description: Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support
1.Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in international markets – GCC.
2.Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential markets.
3.Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
1.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the global market – GCC.
2.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
3.Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Order Processing and Logistics:
1.Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure the timely processing and fulfillment of export orders.
2.Monitor the progress of orders and shipments to ensure they comply with international regulations and customer expectations.
3.Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping processes and reduce lead times.
Market research and Analysis:
1.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in international markets.
2.Analyze sales data to assess the performance of products in different regions and make recommendations for improvement.
3.Stay informed about changes in trade regulations and customs requirements to ensure compliance.
Documentation and Compliance:
1.Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
2.Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations, including export controls and sanctions
Reporting:
1.Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate the effectiveness of export sales strategies.
2.Provide regular updates to the Export Sales Manager on sales performance, market trends, and potential risks or opportunities.
Team Collaboration:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and prduction, to ensure a cohesive and efficient export sales operation. e Support the training and development of sales staff involved in international markets – GCC.
Requirements
2.Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
3.At least 3 years’ experience in Export Sales primarily in GCC markets. Understanding of export regulations and market knowledge.
4.Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel across GCC markets.
5.Fluent in Arabic and English.
