Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to design what’s next?

At ADP, we always put our clients first and our approach to GenAI is no different. Across Sales & Marketing teams, we will leverage GenAI, Data and Machine Learning to identify the next best action, create tailored messaging to address specific client problems, provide real time support with relevant content and context and hyper personalize our outreaches so that clients receive the most relevant and latest information about solutions that can help them overcome very specific challenges and grow their business. In this role, you will have access to the most unique and one of the largest HCM Data Sets and do exploratory analysis & build machine learning models. It’s more than digits and dials – you’re making huge decisions that impact millions of clients.

ADP is looking for an Analytics Developer/Architect to join the Enterprise Service Analytics Team. As a critical member of the team, you will blend expert level knowledge about client services and hands-on experience with cutting edge technology to deliver analytic insights to key stakeholders across ADP. The products you deliver range from standardized, visually compelling dashboards and scorecards for ADP Executives to complex analyses designed to help ADP’s Data Science teams delivering world class GenAI/ML solutions.

You will work with multiple SCRUM teams, stakeholders, and business partners to design and deliver standard analytic products, using Salesforce CRMa, PowerBI and Tableau. You will work with data engineers and modelers to build and deploy self-service solutions for report authors and analysts across ADP’s analytic stack. You will lead and perform ad-hoc studies and analyses around ADPs Service Modernization program, including GenAI and ML based offerings. You will create and maintain documentation related to areas of study and analytic subjects such as data flow diagrams, data taxonomy, business glossary and data lineage. You will work with service technology owners to drive ongoing improvements based on analyses. You foster and promote enterprise analytics and data-driven, strategic decision making. You will provide demos and provide training and user support at all levels of the organization, and participate in early-adoption and proof of concept activities as appropriate.

The successful candidate must possess exceptional analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to deliver analytic results with confidence. You see analytic technologies as enablers and vehicles for insights first and foremost yet have the technical acumen to deliver consumer grade solutions at scale.

The ideal candidate is a naturally curious, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable with ambiguity and confident that he/she can evolve the initial ask into tangible results. Flexibility and a desire to continuously develop new skills is a must as this role may need to support multiple teams across multiple analytic disciplines.

To thrive in this role, you have 15 plus years of experience in architecture, design, and building large-scale distributed services-oriented systems, particularly data lakes, data warehouses, AI/ML solutions and reporting metadata layers. You’ll need versatile knowledge of cloud data warehousing platforms such as AWS, Databricks, Azure and Snowflake and how to integrate those platforms with Salesforce CRM through CRM Analytics, Cognos, PowerBI, spokes and operational processes. You’ll also need expert level skills for developing and maintaining data pipelines, devops and data architectures. Our best architects are creative problem solvers who love a challenge. If you get stuck, you find a workaround and keep going. You never give up. This role requires you to have clear, compelling, and influential communication skills to succeed. We all have the same goal, develop the best solutions we can for our clients.
